Printful's mockup generator is not a separate website: it sits inside a Printful account and shows the products of Printful's own catalog. Printful's page for the tool gives four steps:

Printful also has a Mockup Generator API for stores that build their own tools. Its developer documentation says mockups are made as a task you check back on rather than in real time, that they come out up to 2,000 px wide, and that jewelry products are not supported through the API.
